Mary T. Keating has been practicing law since 1984, and
for that period has concentrated mostly on civil litigation. After spending ten
years practicing law with a large law firm in Baltimore, Mary Keating began her
solo practice in 1994, and located her office in Roland Park in 1999. Her
practice is devoted primarily to employment and benefits, business disputes
especially in the areas of contract claims, real estate disputes, and wills and estate administration. In addition, she is
active in local and state bar associations and her children’s school, School of
the Cathedral of Mary Our Queen. Mary
Keating occasionally teaches in the area of employment law, civil litigation
tactics, and attorney ethics. She has been given the highest rating conferred by
Martindale-Hubbell, “AV,” indicating that she embodies the highest ethical and
